How would I get assigned to a coach?

All our leaders have enough experience and skill to coach. We follow a set of benchmarks to participate as a leader from our platform. The assignment of the leaders is based on the inputs you shared in the application form and based on your profile/interest.

Is this paid or free service? Can i customized my requirements?

This is only a paid service platform. We value the time of our leaders as they are full time professionals with their own commitments, we want those who are interested in the service and value the time of the leaders.

Can i personally connect with the leaders outside the programs?

While we do not restrict anyone to reaching out or contacting the leaders but we do not share contact information of the leaders. For those, interested in long term coaching, we have specific programs catering to those requirements

Are there any personal connect sessions or only online?

Currently, we only have online connects but we are exploring in person connects as well. We will roll out those programs as we are ready
